Gall Bladder meridian point 40 (GB 40) is located in the large hollow just in front of the outer ankle bone
The point can offer symptomatic relief from ankle sprains.
Shiatsu Point Therapy
Using either your thumb or middle finger, apply pressure until you feel the soreness in the point.
While maintaining the pressure, breathe slowly in and out of the point until you feel the soreness and tension disappear.
