Heart Meridian Point 8 (HT 8) is located in the palm of the hand where a gap is formed when the little finger and the ring finger are curled in.
It can offer symptomatic relief from exhaustion, heartache and sadness.
Shiatsu Point Therapy
Using either your thumb or middle finger, apply pressure until you feel the soreness in the point.
While maintaining the pressure, breathe slowly in and out of the point until you feel the soreness and tension disappear.
