Shiatsu Point Therapy to Relieve Headaches

small intestine point 1Small Intestine Meridian Point 1 (SI 1) is located on the outside of nail on the little finger.

It can provide symptomatic relief from sharp head pain and headaches.

Shiatsu Point Therapy

Using either your thumb or middle finger, apply pressure until you feel the soreness in the point.

While maintaining the pressure, breathe slowly in and out of the point until you feel the soreness and tension disappear.
